The Real Estate Market has always fluctuated considerably in New Zealand, and it was during the downward trend of 1999 that I began selling Real Estate in North West Auckland. In spite of the difficult market conditions I consistently achieved excellent sales results. In a difficult market one needs to work that much harder to achieve the desired results, and I have always been prepared to go the extra mile for my clients.
Having lived a rural lifestyle most of my life, and currently living on 13 acres at Muriwai, I have found my practical knowledge in all aspects of lifestyle living invaluable in assisting my clients in both preparing their properties for the market plus helping resolve the dilemmas faced by those new to lifestyle living.
Most recently I have been involved with a Solid Timber flooring business which has required highly detailed work in many of New Zealand’s premier homes, and as far afield as France. Consequently I have worked with many of the countries top architects and interior designers to achieve results demanding the highest level of quality and presentation.
